On August 5, neighborhoods across the country gathered together to celebrate National Night Out – and Aeon residents were no exception.

Residents in more than 14 Aeon properties helped plan National Night Out activities in their neighborhoods. Several, including Crane Ordway, East Village and Ripley Gardens hosted their own celebrations for residents and their neighbors.

National Night Out celebrations are designed to strengthen neighborhood camaraderie, heighten safety awareness and forge relationships between police and communities.

Community as a Core Value

National Night Out celebrations are just one of many ways Aeon residents create a sense of community.  Throughout the year, Resident Connections staff assist residents in planning other community-building activities to help them feel connected with each other and the greater community.

As a nonprofit committed to improving lives and communities, Aeon names community as one of its core values.
