Caretaker - Full-time (Aeon Mangement LLC)
Aeon, a non-profit leader in providing high-quality affordable housing, seeks a motivated Caretaker to join our team.
Position Responsibilities: The position will perform inside janitorial work and outside groundskeeping for a new development located in Chaska. Responsible for cleaning interior common areas, vacant apartments, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, inside/outside debris removal, assisting with snow removal and mowing the lawn.
Skills and Qualifications: 2+ years of cleaning experience. Must be able to lift/carry 20 pounds. Candidate must also have strong people skills, be a team player and possess a prideful work ethic.
Compensation: This position offers $10.00 per hour.
