Friends and supporters of Aeon and Hope Community celebrated the groundbreaking for the next phase of the Franklin Portland Gateway development – The Wellstone. The event kicked off the second half of the four-phase development, which will provide 250 units of mixed-income housing and significant commercial space to the intersection of Franklin and Portland in Minneapolis. |

The transformation of the intersection at Franklin and Portland Avenues continues to progress with the completion of The Jourdain. As the second phase of the Franklin-Portland Gateway Project, The Jourdain features 41 units of high quality housing and 4,000 square feet of commercial space. |
